At the Blue Dragon School of Martial Arts we are committed to doing everything possible to ensure new students have the best possible experience at the school and get off to a great start!
With this goal in mind, we have created a Special Orientation program to help you get comfortable with some of the fundamental physical exercises as well as provide a background of the history, philosophy and traditions of the art; helping to facilitate your understanding and appreciation for the practice of martial arts. These classes are included in the enrollment so there is never a fee.
Every Saturday at 12:30 we focus on a select topic. There are nine main topics that are rotated on an ongoing basis so if you are not able to attend a particular class, you will have an opportunity to take it the next time it is offered.

3 – Basic Breathing Developmental Exercises
4 – Etiquette in the Martial Arts School
5 – Dou Zhang (Basic Palm Exercise)
6 – Chi Kung (Qigong) & Meditation
7 – Ya Tui (Bar Stretching Exercises)
8 – The Meaning Behind our Logo
9 – Floorwork Bodyweight Exercises
